Rosemary detoxifies and stimulates circulation. it is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, this syrup stirred into a cup of hot water is also great for colds and sore throats.

Ingredients:

  • 600 ml rosemary sprigs
  • 600 ml boiling water
  • juice of lemon
  • 450 g sugar

Directions:

Put the rosemary into heatproof bowl, pour over boiling water, cover and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.

Strain into a pan and add sugar and lemon juice, heat slowly stirring to dissolve sugar.

Bring to boil and boil quickly for 5min or so, remove from heat and bottle into warm sterile jars or bottles.

Take dessertspoon full the morning after, repeating the dose as necessary depending on damage done.
